Refund window

PayDM: 8 days, per PayDM's terms.

Nexim: 48 hours.

Formats

PayDM: Paid text messages only.

Nexim: Messages, voice calls and video sessions.

Fees

PayDM: 20% platform fee plus a 5% buyer service fee.

Nexim: 20% standard, 10% for the first 50 creators. Buyers pay card processing on top, with no separate service fee.

After the reply

PayDM: One answer per payment.

Nexim: A 24-hour open chat window follows every reply.

What actually happens

• If You ask a time-sensitive question on PayDM, then The refund guarantee kicks in next week.
• If You ask it on Nexim, then You have a reply, or your money back, within two days.

The honest verdict

We like that PayDM exists, because it proves buyers want guaranteed replies. Nexim runs the same guarantee four times faster, adds voice and video, and adds nothing to the creator's price at checkout except card processing (and GST for buyers in New Zealand).
