Nexim
Everything you need to know about using Nexim, from your first booking to your first payout.
Open the For creators page and create your account as a creator, or choose 'I'm a creator' when you sign up. Onboarding then walks you through your profile, your offers and prices, your availability, and payouts through Stripe.
Completely free to list. You only pay a platform fee when you earn. No subscriptions, no setup costs.
The first 50 creators keep 90% of every booking, for life. Once those spots are taken, creators keep 80%. Your rate is set when your creator profile is created.
If a creator hasn't replied within 48 hours, your payment is automatically refunded. No disputes, no waiting, it just happens.
Once a creator replies, a 24-hour open chat window begins so you can continue the conversation freely.
There is no decline button. A creator either replies within 48 hours, or the window runs out and your payment is refunded automatically.
If you are in the call past its start time and the creator has not joined, a report button appears on the call screen. Report the no-show and you are refunded in full.
Creators choose the lengths they offer, typically 15, 30 or 60 minutes for voice and video, and set their own price for each one.
All calls are hosted on Nexim itself, no third-party app needed. You join straight from your dashboard.
You pay through Stripe, and Nexim holds the payment until the session is delivered. A paid message with no reply in 48 hours is refunded automatically, and a creator no-show is refunded in full when you report it.
Creators connect a Stripe account during onboarding. Earnings become available once a session is delivered, and can be withdrawn from $20.
Card processing is added at checkout, and buyers in New Zealand also pay GST. Both sit on top of the creator's price and are shown before you pay. Nexim's own fee comes out of the creator's side, not yours.
