One question, three ways to have it answered

• Paid message. A written answer. The creator has 48 hours to reply, then the chat stays open for 24 hours for follow-ups.
• Voice call. Pick a length and a time from their calendar. The call runs on Nexim, nothing to install.
• Video session. The same booking, camera on. For form checks, portfolio reviews and anything that needs showing.

How a paid message works

1. You ask, and pay upfront. You see the full price before you pay.
2. Nexim holds the money. It does not go to the creator yet.
3. The creator has 48 hours. If the clock runs out, you are refunded automatically.
4. You get a real answer, and the reply releases the creator's earnings.

The rules the platform enforces

• If a paid message gets no reply within 48 hours, then you are refunded in full, automatically.
• If a creator does not show up to your call, then you report it and get a full refund.
• If the session is delivered, then the creator is paid.
