How it works

1. Pick a creator and what you want: a message reply, a voice call, or a video session. Prices are set by the creator and shown up front.
2. Pay. A 48-hour timer starts the moment your message lands. Your payment is held by Nexim, not the creator.
3. Get a real reply from the real person. Once they reply, a 24-hour open chat window begins. If the timer runs out instead, you are refunded in full, automatically.

The rules the platform enforces

• If a creator has not replied within 48 hours, then the buyer is refunded automatically.
• If a creator has not joined a call within 15 minutes of its start, then one tap refunds the buyer in full.
• If a session is not delivered, then the payment is never released. Payments are held by Nexim until delivery.
